Public Transport and Car Parking

Chadsmoor Medical Practice is located in Chadsmoor, Cannock on Princess Street which is just off Pye Green Road.

The nearest bus stops are on Pye Green Road and Huntington Terrace Road. It is a very short walk from the bus stop to us.

When attending the surgery you may use the surgery car park. Our parking is limited and only for use while attending the doctor.

Patients with Particular Needs

The practice has a ramp to allow access for wheelchairs via the entrance to the building. We have readily accessible consulting rooms and other areas used by patients. There is a disabled toilet which is suitable for wheelchair. If you need assistance please ask the receptionist for help.

For patients with hearing problems, we have a loop induction system at reception and a portable loop system available for use in the consultation rooms.

We can arrange interpretation and translation services in person or by phone for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know when booking your appointment.

Chadsmoor Medical Practice is one of a number of local GP practices participating in the Cannock Practices Network Surgery which is based in the GP Suite on Level 2 of Cannock Hospital. The Surgery is open from 3.30pm to 8pm weekdays and 9am to 1pm Saturday and Sunday mornings.

It is staffed by GPs, Nurses and Reception staff who also work in one of the practices.

  • Monday to Friday
    When our weekday appointments are fully booked, an appointment at the Network can be offered by our Reception staff after 1pm each day.
  • Saturday and Sunday
    pre bookable appointments are also available in the Cannock Practices Network Surgery at the weekend. These can be booked by our Reception staff at any time on Monday to Friday or telephone 111 (out of hours) on Saturdays and Sunday mornings.
